CINQUE TERRE

THE FIVE LANDS

We ventured to Cinque Terre to show Bernie and Sharyn the towns. But the only
down side is we had to get up at 6.30am (have not been up before sun rise before we left Australia).
The day was warmer than our visit to Pontremoli so it's was set to be a better day.
We caught the train from Aulla which was really easy and convienent, the talk from the start of the day
was were we were going to have lunch and what we were going to eat.
It seemed to be the theme of the whole stay for poor Bernie and sharyn was, what we were going to eat and how
nice it was going to be.

We did have a nice luch on Vernazza but Sharyn and I did choose the nicer of the dishers, Zuppa di Mare and it was so nice. It's hard when you pick a nicer meal than David he get's quite upset about the whole thing.

The day was going so well by the time we got to Manarola we had the hang of it and were skipping along. Till a bloody dog decided to bite

Olivia for no reason at all. Madison, Tom, Siobhan, Ellena and Olivia were walking up ahead. The dog who was on a leash just decided to go for Olivia and was hanging of her arm. It was a bit scary the only savor was that she had a thick coat on, even with that the dog left a very good mark on her arm.
It was reasuring whent he man told us the dog did'nt have Rabbies (so reasuring).

Olivia was so brave and marched on after the man got her a gelati.

We then walked from Manarolo to Riomaggiore it was a lovely walk as the sun went down so romantic (called the lovers walk).
I turned around to see Bernie and David with can's of beers in there hands so romantic. I;m sure if they could of brought an esky they would of.

The day ended well with a train ride home and Pizza at Pallarone (only because no one could be bothered cooking).
