We arrived in Rome yesterday and had a relaxing day, walking the "high-end" streets of downtown. We had dinner with Ian's uncle Bob and new wife Joanne at a very nice but HOT Italian restaurant. An early start in the morning gave way to fustrations at the bus stop, and pouring sweat before 10 am. We travelled to the Colesseum via hop on hop off bus, all I have to say is WOW!!!!!! and AMAZING and Ian says BIG LOL next stop was Trevvy Fountian and agian WOW it was packed full but still was great. Then we decided to have a lunch at St. Peter's Square after the stop at the Vatican which was amazing it is the biggest church in the world and they instead of burying the dead popes outside they put them on display inside (ewww)....... We had a pretty productive day i must say. Oh and I should metion the prices for food here:

1) Gelato €3
2) Pizza € 10
3) water €2
4) BEER € 7!!!!!!

so just incase you need the exhange € 1 = $1.50!!! holy moly!

TTYS!
