Rome Day 5

We had until about 1pm to do absolutely nothing as we had booked to go to the outlet stores just outside Rome. We slept in a little and I caught up on the blog for an hour or so and soon it was time for the bus. Nothing to write about the outlet stores themselves as they were nowhere near as great as the one in Tuscany even though they seemed to have been only open about a year or so.

That night we went to the local Trattoria from the first night (again) and it started to pour with rain. Most people were outside so there was a mad time where diners and staff were making their way inside. We had just struck up a conversation with an Aussie couple at a table close to ours so they joined us inside. They had only been in Rome 2 days but had seemed to have gone like the clappers seeing all the sights. We kept them well entertained too with our stories, which lead to a title of a book for me to write…but I can’t give everything away here!
