Our last blog saw us in Brighton. From here we headed to Italy and the city of Rome. Known as la Città Eterna, or the Eternal City.

Many of the registration plates in Rome have changed to include the European Union symbol. However, not everyone has changed over - I like the old style.

I spotted this statue in a garden whilst out for a walk.

Spanish Steps in sunlight
We went to the Spanish Steps quite a few times. Once a wee bit cloudy, the next gorgeous and sunny. A great place to be on any day.
