Welcome back to my TravelBlog. I feel really old writing a blog. Replaced by Instagram, Facebook and....Tik Tok?....This style of writing is really out of date. But it's still the best way to make a complete journal of my trips. You can read as little or as much as you want. I still love going back and reading my old posts. Walking Jubilee

Allison's Italian Cooking

Allison cooked a lot of our meals. We had a market close by, and everything was so simple and fresh.

Dinners at Home

We are living here, not traveling here. So we tried to make our dinners as much as possible

Huge Lemons

We had lemon trees on the property and they were huge.

Italian Beach Time

Spiaggia di San Francesca. We spent at least a few hour of most days at the beach. It was a 15 minute walk down a steep hill and our closest markets were on the way.

Dogs Welcome in Italy

Jublilee was welcome everywhere. We would often bring her to get Espresso. This was Mariella's.

Espresso Time

We don't drink alcohol so we stopped at this cute wine bar and got espresso. Mariella loved Gubilea

Italian Hammock Time

This was our own yard at the Airbnb. I loved laying in the hammock....when the mosquitos weren't too bad.

This is our family portrait in our first home in Italy. It was really special to be in a small space together every day.

Windy Day Overlooking Forio

The weather was really mild and didn't change much day to day. This was one of the rare windy days.

Forio

The beach stretches out to Forio at then end. It was the closest city to us.

Scenic View after the Gardini la Mortella

We went to Gardini la Mortella which was a big garden with plants and trees from all over the world. It was a major attraction. We walked down the hill back home afterwards and stopped at this viewpoint

Attenti il Gatti

There were cats everywhere in Italy. They all looked very hot and lethargic.
