St Paddy's Celebrations

St Paddy's Day the other week, and I'd been looking for a decent excuse to go to Ireland for a while, so me Timmy and Paul took some days off work and snuck over for a quick road trip. Beautiful country, full of great people, and the weather was pretty good to us too considering it was still winter. it was pretty cold though, which especially sucked for me because I managed to lose my sleeping bag, and only jacket near the start of the trip - doh! thanks for having us Ireland, we love you!!!

our St Daddy's night
this photo pretty much sums up our night. we got into Cork city at about 10 on Friday night, and after we had a couple of warm-up Guinnesses in small pubs, it was past midnight and all the big bars and clubs were full so we spent the rest of the night just wandering the streets. met some cool people though, and even found a place to sleep - sweet!

we had a couple of hours to kill before we could get our jumpers back from the club last night, so we went for a stroll around the Killarney national park.
