The Green coastToday started with Horseback riding on the beach. Shelly decided not to go but i went anyways. Nicky and Tim also didn't go. It was fun. We used English saddles which I've never used before. I actually think they are more comfortable. One lady (not in our group) fell off her horse. Luckily it was on the beach and not in the mud, the road or the prickly bushes we also road near. The van picked us up and we then drove around Dingle peninsula. Unfortunately the weather of yesterday was not today. It started raining. oh well. We stopped at a place where they had the old beehive style stone houses and the lady that owned the land was there and invited us in her house. She had a picture taken with Tom Cruise when he was filming Far and Away. after that we continued on around the peninsula (oh Nicky and Tim were in the van portion just not the horseback riding ). We next saw a "Kerry" Bridge. The water went over it instead of under it. Weird. I wish we could have stopped and gotten a picture (I tried to google but so far have not found

nicky on the wall overlooking the coast one). We then headed down the road to a beach where the rain go worse. We went out and got some good sights but then, sad, the clouds lowered and we could not see anything so we came back into Dingle.
Nicky, Tim and I then went into town for Murphy's ice cream (famous around here) and some cheese. After walking around town in the rain we retired to the hotel for a hot tub. That felt great. we all then nap'd a bit. Shelly was supposed to go kayaking but it was cancelled. She was not happy and continued to nap. Nicky, Tim and I headed out to dinner and caught up with her later at a pub.
Tomorrow we take the train back to Dublin and then a flight to London. Sat morning we fly to Iceland to get on our cruise. No telling if you will hear back from me (maybe in London) but I dont' know what internet will be like in Iceland.
