St. Patrick's Day

Yesterday was St. Patrick's Day so we decided to go to Dublin to see the parade. We had a blast! The parades here are not like the ones at home because the "floats" here are not motorized but carried by people. The floats were attached to people with rope and they carried it on their backs! I was surprised at the amount of American college and high school bands that played in the parade.

We hung out in Dublin for the day and went on a pub crawl. We then headed back to Carlow that night. It was a St. Patrick's Day to remember!
