Trolls kissing?
We were off on the dot! Nine o'clock. Drove over to the other side of the Eyjafjord so pleased to have view over Akureyri. Then one of my dear passengers asked if the Christmas house was our next stop. Oh dear! I had forgotten about that so I was pleased he mentioned it there and then. Jólahúsið! That is such an interesting place to visit.

The waterfall of the Gods is our next stop. I often wonder if my passengers will say: "Please, not more waterfalls! I guess our watwefalls are one of those things considered innumerable in this country.

Myvatn, lovely nature and wonders. We walked in the pseudocraters, but the midges were not very friendly. This is the Lake of the midges so what do you expect? Dimmuborgir, viewpoints on the way, the earthbaths and the hotspring area - such pretty spots. And the weather? Simply beautiful.

Yet another waterfall to visit. Dettifoss, the powermost waterfall in Europe. It is so muddy but you can't but admire it for the power and even the earth around trembles.
