Backlog of Europe: Budapest

I’m backlogging some of my previous travels in Europe from when I was in high school and college. They won’t contain much information as it was a while ago, but I would be more than happy to share my experiences with anyone who has a question.

My third favorite city in Europe. It is a fantastic city for backpackers; plenty of places to stay (I liked the Yellow Submarine personally), cheap food, good bars, nice parks, clean streets, beautiful architecture and the waterfront is one of the best. The locals aren’t exactly the friendliest, but once you get past the Eastern European roughness, they are fantastic. I had friends who were living there at the time, but it would be easy to do solo.
