Summer 2005. This is my third time in Greece and it won't be the last one for sure!

Elektra is a precious guide for exploring this country; thanks to her, I experienced Greece in a way tourists normally don’t. You get a great advantage when your girlfriend is from the place you visit!

What to say… Athens is a mixture of ancient sites, people living attached to their tradition, and modernity entering quickly into their lives. It is a big city that is going from a tortuous past to a bright future hitting some bumps on the road, nonetheless Greeks are proud of that.

As soon as you exit from the city, you are surrounded by history, good food, and rural habits exquisitely mixed. This is the aspect I like most of Greece, even though it represents what other cultures consider if not underdeveloped, at least old-fashioned.

Enjoy the pics and, possibly, live the feelings you can get walking on the ancient Greek streets!
