Start of the Trip

well i left brainerd yesterday morning (and i haven't slept since then :P ) and drove down to the cities with my parents and met everyone at the airport... then we flew to amsterdam and then to athens... the flight from amsterdam to athens sucked... it was almost the worst turbulance i have ever been in.. so ya, it was kinda a scary flight... but we made it! we got here @ like 2pm and then took a bus to our hotel and then we took a short walking tour up to a view where we could see the parthenon (about a 10 min walk from the hotel) but it was raining pretty hard and incredibly windy so we didn't stay long... now we are just back in the hotel and we have a little free time to unpack and stuff..and just kinda relax cuz i have been up for about 27 hours now, so ya i'm a little tired, but i don't want to sleep otherwise i'll be off for a while.. but yea, not too much interesting so far, but i just thought i would write the first note so you know i'm thinking about all of you 😊
