With some time to kill, I grabbed a seat and had another gelato - panna cotta, that paled in comparison to the excellent version I had in Hallstatt.

The final nusecke of the trip - perhaps it would've tasted better had it not been soaked in the salty tears of sorrow that I shed over the thought of going home :(

The two German girls brought along an Ernie doll, partly to have something funny to put in their pictures, and partly to calm down one of the girls, who had a big fear of flying. Funny coincidence - Ernie's hair looked exactly like mine did after that stylist in Groningen butchered it! But Ernie received far better treatment than I did - the German girls spent most of the flight whispering into his ears, kissing, and rubbing him. I have crazy, fuzzy hair too - don't I deserve the same treatment????
