A long flight to Germany and I must say American Airlines has really gone down hill. I guess making it safe these days is a good thing. We flew into Frankfurt and picked up our campervan "Chez Wilson". It works perfect for us. Germany has a lot of roads crossing over each other and all have long names with a lot of vowels and stehieim, hiems and burgs on the end. We did get a bit lost at first. We headed to Wurzburg and kept seeing a sign for "Ausfarht". I couldn't find it on the map but it seemed that all rads lead to Ausfarht. We then realized that must mean Exit in German. One German told us it was a rude Australian. Ha. Wurzburg is gorgeous, even with jet lag. Everyone has beautiful flower boxes in there windows and the villages are like a fairy-tail. We ate at an outdoor restaurant at night while ducks walked by through the village. The waitress spilled a huge dessert on a dog who seemed to really like it. I know Rusty would have loved it. We also went through Rothenburg, another perfect Bavarian village. We went to the Torture museum there where I picked up some ideas for when Andrew acts up. We see pigs everywhere we go that remind of us Rusty. We miss him but are having a fabulous time so far. Having a great time, we still can't believe we are here. It feels like playing hooky from school.

Aus farhting
Good to hear you are traveliing well. Das ist zer gute und est ist ein krugelschieber. Am most envious. It would be nice to be cruising around with your greatest worry being whether to have the Westphalian landjaeger wurst or the Regsteiner knokwurst for dinner. NZ is preparing for your arrival. Bells are being polished, sheeps hoves clipped and streets swept - its all go. See you soon. Cheers Craig
