Today was supposed to be great go to Nurmemburg and See Metallica. so of course the hevans opened up but I went any way... I had spent the money. Well 2.5 hours later I get off the train and takes me another half hour buy underground. I weight in line and ask for my ticket they see me in the system and then tell me they sold my ticket!!!! Needless to say I was not happy. This is the whole point of paying and buying a ticket. I even had to fight to get a refund. so that day was a big giant bust
