Nurnberg Castle 2Nurnberg Castle 2Nurnberg Castle 2

In short....everything in this town is just cute!
Nurnberg is really a must see medieval city that is surrounded by a wall. With the coolest part being the Nurnberg castle on the north end of the town, from which you can get a great view of the city. As Nurnberg is where all the Nazi Rally Party Grounds were it was pretty much reduced to rubble in WWII. However, like many cities in Germany, it has been restored so well that there are very few visible differences to the town before and after the war.

The town is also full of museums and because I had time to kill I went and visited a few of them because the tickets are valid for all the museums. Durer’s House was quite cool because it was a look at the way of living in his day not just at his artwork, and it also showed you the tools the artists worked with.

A completely depressing look at marrige, this seems typical for the Germans, no wonder their birth rate is below 2, they seem to thing dogs can replace family. I don't get it

Durer was a famous German artist and one of the museums I visited in Nurnberg was his home and it was in interesting look on the way of life at the time
