On Friday 17th September 2010 Emma, Katrina, Keeler and I headed to Munich (the capital city of Bavaria in Germany) for the opening weekend of Oktoberfest. It was a weekend full of Beersteins, Pork Knuckles, Boiled Potatoes, Beer Wenches and lots of Merry Germans! We camped for three nights and visited the popular Hopfbrau and Lowenbrau tents. All up it wasn't too expensive with flights costing £189 and camping £114 for 3 nights which included the tent, bed, breakfast and shuttles to the festival ground each day. See pictures attached!
