Picnic spot

Nice spot on the lake front where we stopped for a picnic lunch. No signs forbidding us to sit on the grass!!!

Harbour entrance and Imperia statue

Imperia Statue

Another interesting statue in Konstanz, this one is guarding the harbour entrance. A woman holding a naked pope and emperor, demonstrating the power she has over them. Based on a story from the 1400's the statue is only 14 years old and is continuously rotating 360 degrees. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Imperia_(statue)
