The B&B

Today (Monday) I arrived at a French B&B. The scenery was spectacular, and I enjoyed the large, 5 course meal and had a very comfortable evening. Lots of farm animals were kept there, a handful of sheep, a cow, a rabbit and three cats. There was a great swimming pool on the farm, which I managed to swim in once. It was a great way to relax after our long journey from Dover to Boulogne, Boulogne to Alencon. It also made me ache less for tomorrow’s journey. I had a brilliant time today and would definitely come back here.
