We had a long chat with Keith and Barbara who were parked next to us and moved on just before lunch to have a look at the lakeside village of Marseillan with its attractive harbour. Then it was back to Agde and south through attractive hilly country to reach the coast to Narbonne-Plage with its huge beach, where we had a dip to cool us off from the high temperatures.
From there we drove back inland to Narbonne and then along beautiful vine covered valleys into the start of the Pyrenees. We stopped at yet another vineyard in the small town of Tuchan.
