The weather had cleared up by morning and we had a smooth early morning channel crossing. The day was spent driving 250k along the northern French coast into Normandy. We turned off to have our lunch at the little resort of Criel.

The night was spent at the municipal campsite on the edge of the small coastal resort of Etretat.
