Pere-Lachaise
The front gate Hey again!
Today we went to Clignancort flea market. It was like a crap flea market in the ghetto. We looked around for about 15 minutes and ran back to the train and went to Pe're Lachaise Cimetere to see Jim Morrison's grave. The cemetery itself is absolutely beautiful. All of the graves are above ground so all of the markers are amazing. Its on a very steep hill and you really have to huff and puff and be very good at reading a map to find what you are looking for. Since we are awesome as a team we found Jim's marker in no time. The weird thing about where he is buried is that its kind of smashed behind another grave and very unassuming. The tree right outside his grave has been written all over with everyone professing their undying love for a man that has been dead for 40 years. Kind of crazy.
Then we went to the Eiffle Tower. Again with the word HUGE but it really is. We got to see the sunset from the middle deck and it just took our breath away. Another wonderful day in Paris.
