Bonjour from paree!
After a 1:30h delay flight (thanks easyjet) and a few pints at the airport, we arrived in smouldering paris. that wasnt the end of it. We got lost at the airport (really helpful frogs) and then got massively confused by the metro station. However, we finally arrived at our hostel at about 10 at night after a further 3 mile hike with our bags. After laying on the beds and complaining about the humidity, we ventured into paris to check out the monday night scene. This resulted in a bag of peanut butter crisps, a big bottle of fanta and 9 mcnuggets, with a variety of dips. Kindly awoken by babooshka the cleaner at antisocial hours, we have now walked into paris and still trying to understand the whole metro system. We walked up and down the same station steps roughly 20 times so that was nice (we didnt realise it was the same station cringe). Oh well, full steam ahead now. We're off to explore the delights of the eiffel tower and louvre or something. Hope england is well
