We set off to ride on the Train de Martel but, non, it does not run on Lundi ! So instead we wandered round the old village - a rich village in the 12c and regained its former glory in the 19c with its trade of black truffles. A town of seven towers.
Then onto Gouffre de Padirac - the Devils Chasm - too many steps for us but an enjoyable lunch.
Rocamadour was our next stop. We travelled right to the top (courtesy of a lift), watched a Griffon Vulture swooping overhead - the views were tremendous and the sanctuary peaceful.

People who live in glasshouses should et undressed in the dark! Dont know what to say about people who contemplate buying houses with holes in the walls. ;-)
