Hi all,
This is Gemma and Colin's online diary for our Round-the-World trip. I thought I would mention it just in case we have set some people up on this link and never told them what it was about. Every time we update this you will all get an e-mail with the link. Pretty cool - and all completely free!
We have never put put pictures before on this site so we hope it works. We don't have pictures yet of us in our uniforms, except for me in my Buzzy Bee one (looking ridiculous).
We arrived in France safe and sound about 5 weeks ago. We have since been working in Benodet on the campsite Point St Gilles which is in the Brittany region. We thankfully are living in a mobile home and not a live tent like a lot of other couriers onsite. Plus it is just the two of us for the company we work for. We are responsible for 21 mobiles and the work mainly includes cleaning, customer service, and kids club (buzzy bee club). Here is a link for the campsite: http://www.campotel.com/benodet.htm
Kids club started 3 weeks ago and we survived!!!!! It
is still a bit scary because what one group found fun another group of kids might not - you never know. They keep us on our toes!
We had a couple of days off recently so we went to Rennes and Mont St Michel - we are going to try and upload those pictures too. Rennes is a beautifull city, with plenty of shops. And Mont St Michel is and old picturesque abbey build on an island of granite.
