Question:What is the current political structure/government in France, Paris,? Who has power, and how dow those in power interact with their people?

In France, the mayor and local council has the most power. The local council selects the mayor, so

there is a pretty an interact of some sort there.

However, the city is in eight sections which and different levels of power supports each section.

There are 20 districts in Paris that are then divided in 8 sections.

All the levels of power operate under the mayor, though. The layer flows from there.

Paris covers 20% of frances population. There are a few dominant races here. The suburban area

is really popular and populated. It has been remodeled and has new migrants. Most interest is in

this region and attracts more tourist.
