Our flight out of Dallas/FW got delayed about 30 minutes (shocker!) so we were sitting around at the gate for a while waiting to board. During this time, a few fun things happened:
A lady asked us to pitch UC Davis to her daughter who was currently looking at schools. Between Mary and I, we had all the bases covered.
A cute guy with an amazing accent asked us if we were still waiting to board to Paris. Mary commented after he left, “Welcome to the next three weeks.”
Mary decided to practice her French curse words out loud. Mind you, there are native Parisians standing nearby.
After boarding the plane, we saw the same guy sitting in the row right in front of us! Alas, he is not French, but from Mexico and traveling to Paris to study French for 6 months. He still has a cool accent though.
This flight it long. I can’t fall asleep. Peace out.

The "Cruising Altitude" should be something about 12kM. Perhaps you meant to write 11.475kM or perhaps 11475M. (~34,000ft)
