A fantastic day touring Paris and seeing the sights. We strolled the Champs-Elysees and stopped at a macroon shop the girls came across back in 2015. It was sad seeing Notre’ Dame Cathedral, but refreshing to see the progress on renovation made thus far. See the new trusses? We made our way over to the speciality cheese shop where the merchant stored his cheese in a very (cool ) cave under his shop. We experienced 8 different cheeses from several areas of France. So much to learn with over 1400 different cheeses produced in France and 46 have protected names and can only be made in a certain town. Finished our night back in our beautiful courtyard at the Renaissance Trocadero.
