I continued wandering around the Île de la Cité, and came across some pretty cool buildings, including the Palais de Justice de Paris.
One of the oldest surviving buildings of the former royal palace, the building was reconstructed between 1857 and 1868
I also spent some time wandering around the area where the Cité metro station is and saw some cool plants and flowers in a nursery.
The Île de la Cité is one of two remaining natural islands in the Seine within the city of Paris (the other being the Île Saint-Louis). It is the centre of Paris and the location where the medieval city was refounded.
