Today we had decided to go to Euro-Disney, but the trains were on strike so that's out! Dissappointment, disappointment, disappointment!! but tomorrow's another day and we'll try then...today we do a few sights and then SHOPPING!!!. We visited the Notre Dame de Paris (Our Lady of Paris) which is a French Gothic Cathedral. How we walked in circles to find this church, but we were walking in a winter wonderland and we loved it! After we left the church we decided to do some shopping. Kris was over the moon - everything she saw was a "must have" and "so much cheaper than SA"!!!
Keeran's edit: All I wanted was a mini laptop but then when we were shopping for shoes for Krisel, I saw the most gorgeous Ecko shoes which I just had to buy to show off in SA but when we got back to SA, 4 months later they had the same shoes here but I was proud to say I was the first to get it😊

Then as we came out of the train station, the most beautiful thing happened - BIG Snowflakes started falling on us! This was our first experience of real falling snow. It was incredible!!!

PS. To go from one stop to another without exiting the train station, it cost us 1euro per person that is one train journey for the 3 of us cost us R33(which is really a lot considering how many times we have toexit the station). Then we saw this young couple who helped open the gate for a lady with a baby's pram so that they could also go thru while the gates were still open without a ticket!!Hey Presto we found a way to travel the metro without paying. And no we were not bringing our bad SA habits to Europe, we saw the Europeans doing it!! and as the time passed we saw more and more young people doing the same thing so there!!!
