Today we went to Versailles! It was entertaining and A LOT of fun! It was very interesting learning about Marie Antoinette's life and so cool to see all of her houses. We first went to the main palace where all of the kings, queens, and other royalty lived in France. Then we saw they're vacation house where they would live for a couple weeks in the summer. We then saw Marie Antoinette's little village that she built so that she could get away and not be bothered by the people. It was so cute and looked like a scene from a movie!

Je l'aime beaucoup.
Bonjour! You are asleep as I write this. It is 2:30 a.m. in Paris. I am finally caught up with your blog! Versailles, c'est fantastique, n'est pas? It is so beautifu. The other small palaces are beautiful, aussi. In Marie's hamlet, she used to put on plays and wear peasant clothes. This is where she relaxed. The Trianons is where she met her lovers. In my last comment (July 18,) I mentioned the parties and people they had here. I think it would be fun to go back in time and spend a day at Versailles!!! Thanks again for the pictures. I am having fun looking at your fun. Take it all in. Vous avez la chance, Molly and Raymond. Soyez gentils! Soyez prudents! Amusez-vous! (Be nice! Be careful, Have fun!) A bientot! (See you soon) Sue
