We had a nice trip to France in 1999. We spent 5 days in Paris and 2 in Normandy. I always like the countryside better. In Paris we stayed on the Rive Gauche. Walked around a lot and saw quite a variety. In Normandy we saw the cemetery from Saving Private Ryan, at Omaha Beach, and also got out to Mont St. Michel, which was absolutely gorgeous.
