Rotary Club of Vejle Fjord Meeting

The Team was prepared for the RC of Vejle Fjord meeting being held at DGI Huset. As the prior Monday evening had been a public holiday, the Club meeting was transferred to Thursday. The meeting commenced at 5:30 and concluded at 6:30 when dinner was served. There is no Rotary business conducted during the meal.

The Club has 60 members and President Sue did visit us during the afternoon, whilst we were preparing the room, to tender an apology for not being able to attend as she had a School Board meeting to attend.
Chairman Jens welcomed all Visitors.

With "Skippy" our kangaroo mascot and the Australian flag on display beside us, we commenced our Presentation.
Banners were exchanged and small gifts given to Chairman Jens.

There was no evidence of nerves as we were amongst friends. Rotarians and their Guests were enthusiastic in their response to the Team Presentation.

An end to a long and enjoyable day.
