Frederiksborg Castle

Travel date: March 9th, 2008.

It was a rainy and cloudy Sunday morning. Met with Almeria, Wick, Binky, and Mbak Dinni at Østeport station. Took train ride for about half an hour to Hillerød. A quiet ride, perhaps because it was Sunday, perhaps because it was Sunday and rainy. Arrived at the castle around 10 Am. The castle was not open until 11. Took some shots, posed, and sat on the bench. Rain continued to pour. Finnaly, it was opened. The castle was built Frederik II and that's how the castle got its name. The 4 floors castle is divided by era, the lowest is the oldest (from around 1100 something) and the toppest stores the more modern era.
Mr. Møller picture is there, as one of the Danes who contribute significantly to the country--
At the back of the castle, lies a vast garden, the Baroque Garden. Boy, it will look very beautiful in the summer time.
