Foggy

We were very excited this morning. AJ, Dee and I were packed and ready to start our Christmas holiday. After an hour and half tube journey, we arrived at Heathrow airport ready to meet our tour guide and the rest of the group. So far today it was very foggy and it had not cleared at all. Many flights were delayed and canceled, luckily ours was delayed. So somehow we managed to entertain ourselves for 6 hours!!! Shopping, eating and drinking. Czech Airlines were nice enough to give us refreshment vouchers, so off we went for drinks.

Once we finally boarded the plane, we sat on it for an hour before it took off! This was a chance to catch up on sleep. Two hours later we arrived in Prague. Our hope was that it would be a white Christmas.

As we were part of an organised tour, airport transfers were included, which made it much easier for us. Once we arrived at our huge hostel it was well past midnight, it had been a long day, so off we went to our room, met our room mate Sarah- the poor thing was with us for the next four days!
