As I've said- Christmas in Prague is amazing--and amazingly quiet too! People who live here go "to the mountains" for the holidays, so things are fairly quiet around the city...almost like downtown New York City after 7 p. m. Our Christmas was pretty mellow but we did manage to get out to midnight mass at a beautiful church--check out the pics! Enjoy and Merry Christmas...

P.S. nothing beats a New York City Christmas as far as I'm concerned though...

The quiet streets of Prague...

this tree was decorated with these lights that made it look like blue flames were melting off of the tree--really incredible...

Inside the cathedral at midnight mass...

The choir and orchestra sat up there..the accoustics were incredible
