still no return of the ants

Today summed up:
Plan: get up early, go to the pool, bob around in the pool, buy water, drink water, bob around in the sea, nap, deal with certain ant invasion, eat, nap more, eat more, drink, deal with more ants, sleep.
Actual: get up early (big tick) walk toward distant pool. Get very hot and decide to go to much closer sea. Get changed, get in sea, like sea a lot, bob around, Ash gets searing sting like pain in wrist. Examine wrist, see nothing, Ash still in pain, examine wrist some more, assume hideous stingray or similar is being paid by the ants and is hunting us down, decide to get out. Get out, traipse to pool, bob around in very busy but blissfully lacking stinging things pool. Examine Ashs arm, see a long red line, fear for certain death if we go back into sea, decide no more sea. Go to shop, drip a lot in shop, buy water, walk the twenty miles to the van (dripping), eat, nap, read, wash, eat, drink, be amused by very bad singer at the bar. Pray for a cool night. Bed.
All in all a bloody brilliant day ?
