A weekend in Brussels

My husband and I went to Brussels for a long weekend at the end of October 2004. It was not our first trip. We had a great time walking around and spent most of our time in the Grand Place which has the most beautiful buildings... the guild houses. We did partake of a chocolate waffle too, which was more than filling, but very enjoyable! Many places to see are within easy walking distance of the centre.
