If memory serves correct the one in the middle was an abbey and was delicious.
So I didnt know much about brussels besides the fact that everyone seems to like their beer, and since it was only a day/night trip thats what I was focused on. The night we got there we found a grocery store for dinner and made our way to a beer house which had at least 100 people in tables all lined up next to each other. I tried Abbeys, Lambic (a special beer unique to Brussels that tastes bittersweet and is combined with fruit), Trippels, Light Ales, the list goes on and on. Whats truly unique is that each brewery sells cups specific for their types of beer for the best possible taste. There were maybe 12 or 15 types of glasses with longer stems or wider rims etc. We had great beers that night, even Ashley liked them and she usually cant stand most beer. The next day we played tourist and walked around some big town squares. We found a brewery museum and learned a lot about the different types of beer and how its brewed. From there we went to this fountain of a little boy peeing, Mannikin Pis. Quite strange if you ask me, but probably not

as weird as the statue of the girl squatting on the other side of town.... we didnt make it to that however. Oh and the waffles were amazing. We all had one for breakfast and proceeded to want more and more everytime we walked past one of the stands. That says a lot to me, if after im done eating something all i can think about is how id like to eat it again and again.

To finish the beer tour we went to another bar and had more great beers. Three rounds and then it was time to get to the train station to get back to Amsterdam.
