Ski caravanning!!! Love it! Camping but with a caravan in the snow. We had just got settled into our cosy camp and JP was happily making the tea when I discovered that there was a leak by the window which was letting melting snow enter and flood the bed! Luckily the discovery was made early enough for JP to go and tell the hippy camp man so that we could change caravans.

The upside of the change was that I got to settle in a second time (which meant, incidently, another cup of tea) the downside was that JP had to get out the spade and dig a path in the snow to the caravan and to the main path! Maybe my man was made for Alaska after all.
