I was just getting up for my 6 am watch when Rick called down asking for help. I went up and we were in a tropical downpour. I put on my rain jacket even though it wasn’t cold but became soaked through. There was some lightning which is always alarming in a sailboat. You just wait and hope it doesn’t hit the mast.
We had a fun encounter with a group of dolphins. They stayed with us and swam in the bow wave for half an hour.
