Rivas, Nicaragua (Feb. 2, 2018)

I stayed at a local guesthouse for a night as I waited to catch the ferry to. I like to local feel of Rivas. I didn't see any other tourist. I had delicious hamburguesa at the local market. I went to the city center later that evening to grab snack and people watch. It was warm and vibrant to see all those people congregate to the center of town.

I lay on the hammock at the guesthouse watching a quail nesting above me. The owners of the guesthouse appears to be mulatto.
