Hi guys - great to see your blog, it reminds me of when i visited several years ago. I too found it fantastic. You have inspired me to include my "falling doen the volcano " story in one of my training sessions! I may use your volcano photo too if thats ok, i reckon its probably the same one i fell down (the outside of it obviously!) .
