Semana Santa in Antigua

I decided on short notice to go to Antigua for the end of the week of Semana Santa. I found on the webpage "AroundAntigua" that there were only two hotels with vacancies. I took my chances on one of them, although the name (Villa de Antano) was unbeknownst to me. It was rather pricey, but afterall it was the week of Easter and it was last minute. When I began this blog I was 58. I retired and took off for 8 months to Lake Atitlan in Guatemala which was an amazing experience. I returned home to Cape Cod in September and am now planning where I would like to head off to next. I have an intense love affair with Paris that I have had since I was a young child and I am thinking of going to live there next, hopefully for as long as Paris will have me.... as I cannot imagine ever being bored or tired of Paris.
