Our lovely view
Our view as we enjoy breakfast. Geo: 9.66303, -85.0671
Today we woke up to a bit of rain and then it was back again late in the afternoon. It was overcast for most of the day, but when the sun did peek out it was lovely and hot. It is always a lovely temperature here.
This morning before breakfast we heard mangos falling again and sure enough the toucans were back. We still haven't managed a photos of them yet. But now, soon as we hear a mango fall we grab our cameras.
After breakfast we were entertained by a troop of the white faced monkeys (the capuchin monkey) going through the trees by our house. They sure have funny faces. We can hear the howler monkeys here but have yet to see them here. We definitely have lots of wildlife and birds to watch here.
After an early morning swim, we drove over to two small tourist towns Mal Pais and Santa Teresa. Mel Gibson and a few other movie stars have places in Mal Pais. We didn't see him or many other people. These places are along the coast and are quite small with lots of backpackers and surfers.
