A and E take off tomorrow. after spending the good part of a week and a half with the girls. I'll miss them as travel companions but maybe if I ever visit Texas...wait what am I thinking there's no way in hell I'm going back to texas anytime soon.

Backpacking through Central América. I thought on a trip like this, that the goal is discovery of self through solitude. I realize now that it is a struggle for companionship, a discovery of roots of language and customs (including border crossings) and the surmountable barrier between. It is not a bond of fellow travelers but more of a symbiotic relationship of cohabitation. ... full info
