Yay! Our plane tickets have been bought and we are gearing up for our 12 day adventure in Costa Rica. We are leaving Little Rock, AR on June 3rd @ 6 AM, and arriving in San Jose, Costa Rica around noon after a short layover in ATL. On our arrival we will be picked up in a van chartered by our host, Kaya's Place. This van will take us east away from San Jose on Highway 32 to Limon through mountainous terrain. At Limon we will go south on 36 down the coast to Puerto Viejo, hopefully before 5 pm. At that point we will drop our bags, put our cash and passports into a secure safety deposit box, and hit the town to eat delicious food and enjoy live music on the black beach visible from our cabin's veranda.
