An Ounce of Prevention Did you complete the proper followup? 5 - Why? Root Cause? Corrective & Preventive Action? What was your irreversible corrective action? Just want to make sure that you don't trip and take out the other knee... ...hee, hee!!
The Famous 5 Why The root cause was a defective sidewalk in the City of Long Beach, and yes my attorney is talking to their attorney.
Thankfully I have good insurance, as so far over $US 100,000 in medical expenses have been billed.
Sheesh!! $100,000 in medical?? Holy cow! that is a lot of smackeroons!! Hope that you get to feeling better and better. Have a great Christmas and New Year's
