Making our way up towards Hope Town, we anchored at Tilloo Cay for two nights. From here we dinghied over to Tahiti Beach, but then sailed past Tahiti Beach when we took Inspiration up to Hope Town.
There are boats and people here!!! LOTS of boats!!! Mainly locals and day rentals. This is like 'cottage country' so most people travel by water to get around. Of course, there are also a number of sailing charter boats (the charter bases are in Marsh Harbour), as well as trawlers / larger power boats mainly from Florida.
Many of the shorelines are lined with summer homes and rental properties. There are a lot of Americans here during their summer vacations.
