Nice that you remembered What a wonderful day that April the 15'th is! A day where 1/2 of the people get more money back than they payed in (miraculously) and where part of the people pay an amount they don't even know, and another part of the people pay a penalty for being successful while the rest pay portions of the second group's unknown tax figure on their way to paying the penalty for success. Sweet.
